Nscale, a developer specializing in AI data centers and supported by tech giant NVIDIA, has officially submitted its Initial Public Offering (IPO) application to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). The company has set its sights on listing on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE), adopting the ticker symbol "NSCL," with the ambitious goal of raising up to $3 billion. Notably, for the six-month period concluding in June 2026, Nscale reported a revenue figure of $140.6 million, albeit accompanied by a net loss amounting to $1.02 billion.
