The plan envisions that by 2030, the digital and intelligent economy will emerge as the pivotal force propelling Wuhan's economic and social development towards greater quality. This transformation will be marked by a notable elevation in industrial energy efficiency, a substantial boost in computing hub capabilities, a deepened integration of the physical and digital realms, a complete unlocking of data's inherent value, and an all-encompassing enhancement of the city's digital and intelligent transformation efforts. By that time, it is projected that the added value generated by core industries within the digital economy will constitute 20% of the GDP. Furthermore, the artificial intelligence industry is expected to scale up to 200 billion yuan, accompanied by the emergence of 300 outstanding intelligent agent products.
