On the evening of September 15, Xingyun Technology unveiled its strategic move to augment its initial procurement budget by RMB 13 billion by 2026, specifically earmarked for the acquisition of server equipment and associated components. This substantial budgetary expansion is intrinsically linked to the significant computing power orders that the company has successfully clinched. By September 8, the company had already secured long-term framework agreements for computing power services, valued at an impressive RMB 16.004 billion over a five-year span. These agreements were forged with a diverse clientele, including prominent listed central state-owned enterprises and leading manufacturers of large-scale models.

Previously, the company had announced a computing power procurement budget of RMB 7 billion. With the latest budgetary increase, the annual ceiling for computing power procurement will now soar to RMB 20 billion, marking a significant escalation in the company's investment in this critical sector.
