State Grid Corporation of China has introduced multiple measures to create a modern business environment for electricity consumption, empowering high-quality economic and social development. These measures include providing fair and efficient grid connection services for new entities and formats such as new energy, new energy storage, and source-grid-load-storage, standardizing and publicly disclosing information on the available capacity of distribution networks, ensuring the timely grid connection of distributed power sources with an average annual increase of over 60 million kilowatts during the '15th Five-Year Plan' period, and providing electricity metering and billing services to support new entities in participating in the electricity market.
