Kanghui Co., Ltd. has made an announcement stating that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Beijing Kanghui Zhichuang, has recently entered into a five-year 'Computing Power Service Contract' with Company A. The total contract value amounts to approximately 1.72 billion yuan (inclusive of taxes). Concurrently, Beijing Kanghui Zhichuang has also signed a 'Purchase and Sales Contract' for computing power servers with Company G, with the total value reaching around 1.141 billion yuan (inclusive of taxes). The computing power is set to be delivered in multiple batches, spanning from the end of the third quarter of 2026 to the end of the first quarter of 2027. It is anticipated that this will bring in approximately 30 million yuan in fresh revenue for the company in 2026.
