Oracle (ORCL.US) has invested in over 1.7 GW of carbon-free wind energy projects in Texas, with power sources including suppliers such as Engie, RWE, and Clearway. The projects will supply electricity to the Electric Reliability Council of Texas (ERCOT) grid, which powers the Abilene facility.
