On September 15, Fu Linghui, the spokesperson for the National Bureau of Statistics, announced that this year, marking the inaugural year of the "15th Five-Year Plan", a series of significant engineering projects, including the "Six Networks" initiative, have commenced construction in a sequential manner. Projects encompassing cross-regional transportation, energy and water conservancy, new infrastructure development, and urban renewal are advancing in an orderly fashion and are anticipated to provide further support for high-quality development. Data indicates that in the first eight months, investments in the internet and related service sectors associated with the "Six Networks" initiative surged by 42% year-on-year. Investments in the aviation and water transport sectors experienced growth of 16.7% and 14.7%, respectively, while investments in the power supply sector increased by 12.7%. By the end of June, China had successfully established more than 70 major computing power channels centered around computing hubs.
