At the 2026 China Computing Power Conference, YOFC unveiled a groundbreaking achievement: the transmission loss of its anti-resonant hollow-core fiber has been minimized to an unprecedented 0.032 dB/km. This milestone not only sets a new global benchmark but also solidifies China’s technological leadership in this cutting-edge domain. Through meticulous structural optimization, the fiber achieves a significant reduction in transmission loss, ensuring unparalleled performance. In collaboration with China’s three leading telecom operators, the fiber has undergone rigorous validation across diverse operational scenarios, paving the way for its global large-scale deployment. To date, over 10,000 core-kilometers of this advanced fiber have been deployed, with the longest commercial line extending 100 kilometers and encompassing 13 projects. This achievement delivers high-performance transmission solutions tailored to multiple industries. Furthermore, YOFC demonstrated robust performance in the first half of 2026, with notable growth in key financial metrics, including revenue and net profit.
