According to Bank of China, on September 12, during the opening ceremony of the 2026 China Computing Power Conference, the bank, with the guidance and support from the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and the People's Bank of China, teamed up with key ecological partners, including China Telecom, China Mobile, China Unicom, People's Insurance Company (Group) of China, China Orient Asset Management Co., Ltd., and CDB Financial Leasing Co., Ltd., to jointly launch the 'One Network, Three Integrations' Initiative for Co-constructing a Computing Power Financial Ecosystem. Over the course of the '15th Five-Year Plan' period, Bank of China will work hand in hand with partners from the computing power ecosystem, spanning sectors such as insurance, industrial investment, asset management, and financial leasing, to collectively construct an industrial financial ecosystem centered around 'computing power+'. This initiative will offer comprehensive financial support amounting to no less than RMB 300 billion to enterprises positioned both upstream and downstream of the computing power industry chain. It will also back no fewer than 100 pivotal intelligent computing center projects. Moreover, the bank will provide cross-regional, integrated, and coordinated financial services to national computing power interconnection regional nodes, empowering over 3,000 enterprises that utilize computing power.
