At the 2026 China Unicom Partner Conference, Yang Chaobin, Executive Director of Huawei and CEO of the ICT Business Group (ICT BG), emphasized that computing power infrastructure has emerged as a crucial new type of infrastructure in the intelligent era. Presently, China Unicom has extensively deployed Ascend computing power and 384 super nodes, while also progressing with the adaptation of Ascend 950 to Unicom Cloud. Huawei has aided Unicom in achieving the industry's first 0Day release of mainstream models on its computing power platform. Moreover, the two companies have collaboratively expanded industry solutions based on the Ascend infrastructure, facilitating the launch of AI applications such as office and legal assistants on Unicom Cloud.

Looking ahead, Huawei is committed to continuing its support for Unicom in constructing an end-to-end, full-stack AI service capability system. Regarding connectivity, China Unicom has accomplished large-scale 5G-A deployments in over 330 cities. Huawei backs its initiatives to pioneer the development of FDD large uplink networks in Beijing, Tianjin, Shanghai, and other regions, integrating AI into core operations to ensure a differentiated and superior user experience.
