On September 9, Beijing Crey made an announcement stating that its majority-owned subsidiary, Shenzhen Cyber Engine Technology Co., Ltd., had emerged as the successful bidder for a comprehensive contracting project concerning data center power modules. This project was tendered by Guangdong Qichuang Network Technology Co., Ltd. The bid amount won by Cyber Engine was approximately 170 million yuan, representing roughly 7.90% of the company's audited operating revenue for the fiscal year 2025. The execution of this project contract is anticipated to yield a favorable influence on the company's operational performance starting from 2026 and continuing thereafter. At present, Cyber Engine has been duly notified of its winning bid, though a formal project contract has yet to be signed.
