On September 7, Beijing Creat made an announcement stating that its majority-owned subsidiary, Cyber Engine, emerged as the successful bidder for the framework tendering project concerning the integration of diesel generator shelter modules at the Thailand data center, which was put out to tender by Guangdong Qichuang. The provisional winning bid amount for this framework project stands at 285 million yuan, representing roughly 13.25% of the company's audited revenue for the year 2025. It is anticipated that the execution of the project contract will yield a favorable influence on the company's operational performance starting from 2026 and in the subsequent years. Nevertheless, it's important to note that a formal contract has not been signed as of yet, and there could potentially be discrepancies in the actual amount executed.
