It has been reported that state-owned enterprises in the United Arab Emirates are forging ahead with the development of a massive AI park project in Abu Dhabi. This ambitious undertaking aims to augment computing capacity by 5 gigawatts. Moreover, these enterprises have implemented measures to ensure the safety of workers amidst the intense conflicts. In the meantime, Humain, a company backed by Saudi Arabia's Public Investment Fund, is gearing up to raise an initial $2.5 billion for the construction of data centers in Saudi Arabia. The project is set to establish a computing capacity exceeding 6 gigawatts. The company has made it clear that, despite the ongoing war, the project is progressing according to the original schedule.
