On September 4, the National Conference on Promoting the Authorized Operation of Service Data from the National Satellite Navigation and Positioning Reference Station Network convened in Beijing. This event was co-hosted by the Ministry of Natural Resources and the National Data Administration, signifying the formal initiation of China's inaugural public data authorization and operation project within the realm of national time and space information infrastructure. Satellite navigation and positioning reference stations, serving as vital components of the national time and space information infrastructure, constitute the essential ground-based support for the Beidou system to deliver high-precision services. The Ministry of Natural Resources has amalgamated resources from national reference stations, establishing a definitive, unified, precise, secure, and controllable "one-network" system of reference stations that operates on a regular basis. Furthermore, a collaborative operation and maintenance management framework for Beidou applications and reference service centers, termed the "1+33" model, has been instituted. This framework is designed to furnish society with standardized surveying and mapping reference services, while also fostering unified planning, standardization, and oversight of reference stations across the nation.
