GLP, a real estate enterprise operating under the Singapore Government Investment Corporation, has embarked on the development of a colossal hyperscale data center park in Foshan, China. The project, which entails an investment of roughly 4 billion yuan (equivalent to US$600 million), is poised to revolutionize the region's digital infrastructure. Once fully operational, the park is projected to boast a power generation capacity of up to 200 megawatts, with an initial phase installation capacity of 40 megawatts. This formidable setup is designed to furnish leading internet enterprises with robust computing power support, thereby bolstering their operational efficiency and competitiveness.
