YANGDIAN TECHNOLOGY has announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Hanyang Intelligence, has recently received and signed the official documents from Customer A. These documents confirm that Hanyang Intelligence has successfully completed the delivery and passed the acceptance of 32 computing nodes by August 31, 2026. Consequently, formal billing for these nodes will commence on September 1, 2026. As of August 31, 2026, the total order amount, inclusive of taxes, for the delivered computing nodes has amounted to RMB 214.944 million. It is anticipated that the initiation of formal billing will positively influence the company's operational performance. The seamless execution of this contract will not only enable the company to amass valuable operational experience in computing services tailored for intelligent driving scenarios but also expand its high-quality customer base in this domain. Furthermore, it will enhance the company's capacity to undertake computing business, propel its transformation towards a dual-wheel-driven model of 'Power + Computing', foster a second growth trajectory, and reinforce its momentum for medium-to-long-term development.
