Hzhidifficult Electric has made a public announcement stating that its controlling shareholder, Hzhidifficult Technology Investment, along with its other shareholders, has entered into a Capital Increase Agreement with CATL. According to the agreement, CATL intends to bolster Hzhidifficult Technology Investment's capital base by RMB 4.099 billion, a sum that encompasses RMB 3.512 billion in cash and RMB 588 million worth of equity. Post-capital increase, CATL will acquire a 49% stake in Hzhidifficult Technology Investment, while Zhu Guoding will continue to retain his position as the de facto controller of the company. Concurrently, Hzhidifficult Electric and CATL have inked a Strategic Cooperation Agreement, paving the way for joint efforts in areas including computing infrastructure, new energy, and innovative power systems.
