On August 14, Guangdong Province witnessed a groundbreaking moment in financial innovation with the launch of its first specialized financial product for the Token Economy, aptly named the 'Token Loan,' in the vibrant Haizhu District of Guangzhou. The Guangzhou Branch of the Bank of China has meticulously crafted an exclusive financing solution, the Computing Power Token Loan, specifically designed to cater to the unique needs of small, medium, and micro enterprises operating within the computing power sector in Haizhu.
This innovative product assesses the loan amount based on the Token consumption limit stipulated in the contract, offering a flexible array of guarantee options. These include credit guarantees, accounts receivable pledges, and order financing, thereby providing businesses with a versatile toolkit to secure the necessary funds. Moreover, it allows for a synergistic combination of guarantees and mortgages, enabling enterprises to enhance their borrowing capacity significantly.
For fledgling companies, the path to financing is made smoother. They can apply for loans based on confirmed orders, provided they furnish supporting materials demonstrating continuous operation from their original operating entities or secure guarantees. In a testament to its commitment to fostering growth in this burgeoning sector, it is reported that the Bank of China has earmarked an initial credit fund of 28 million yuan for trial orders, paving the way for a new era of financial empowerment in the Token Economy.
