Cisco: Fourth-Quarter Revenue Soars 18% Year-Over-Year, Hitting $17.3 Billion

On August 12 (local time), Cisco unveiled its financial results for the fourth quarter of the 2026 fiscal year. According to the report, Cisco's revenue for this quarter soared to $17.3 billion, marking an 18% increase compared to the same period last year. Under Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), its net profit reached $3.9 billion, up by 51% year-over-year, with earnings per share standing at $0.97, a 52% rise from the previous year.
Looking at the entire 2026 fiscal year, Cisco's revenue amounted to $63.3 billion, showing a 12% increase year-over-year. The net profit and earnings per share were approximately $13.4 billion and $3.33, respectively.
Cisco reported that product orders in the fourth quarter witnessed a 35% year-over-year surge, with network product orders specifically jumping by 40%. This marks the eighth consecutive quarter of double-digit growth in this area.
In the meantime, the demand for AI infrastructure remained robust. Related orders hit $4 billion in the fourth quarter, and for the entire 2026 fiscal year, the cumulative total reached $9.3 billion. The company anticipates that revenue from AI infrastructure will reach $7.5 billion in the 2027 fiscal year.
