On June 15, reporters obtained information from the Anhui Provincial Key Laboratory of Quantum Computing Chips, revealing that China’s independently developed ‘Origin Wukong’ series of superconducting quantum computers has successfully completed over 1 million quantum computing tasks on a global scale. This achievement underscores its continuous provision of stable and reliable quantum computing power to users worldwide. Equipped with a post-quantum cryptography (PQC) protection system, these computers effectively integrate computing power supply with security protection, thereby establishing a pioneering quantum computing service system that harmonizes both ‘offensive’ and ‘defensive’ capabilities. Since its inception, the ‘Origin Wukong’ series has maintained safe and stable operation for over two years, delivering over 49 million remote access services to users across 192 countries and regions globally.
