SharonAI Holdings, an Australian provider of AI cloud services, has entered into a six-year collaboration agreement with NVIDIA concerning AI computing infrastructure. The two entities will work together to construct a brand-new 72-megawatt data center in Australia. This center will adopt NVIDIA's DSX AI factory architecture and be equipped with 40,000 Grace Blackwell GB300 GPUs. The goal is to satisfy the formidable computing power requirements of AI startups, large-scale enterprises, and university research institutions.

Under the terms of this collaboration model, SharonAI will make extensive use of NVIDIA's infrastructure. Both parties will strike a balance of interests through revenue-sharing arrangements and credit support mechanisms. SharonAI is set to roll out cloud services grounded in NVIDIA's technology. In addition to its regular product revenue, NVIDIA will also garner extra revenue sharing from the cloud service revenue that corresponds to the computing power provided.
