According to data published by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, between January and April of 2026, China’s software business revenue soared to 4,668.6 billion yuan, marking a 10.9% increase from the previous year. The total profit reached 530.4 billion yuan, up by 2.2% year-on-year. Additionally, software business exports totaled 20.65 billion US dollars, reflecting a 13.0% year-on-year surge.
