Wu Hongsheng, a renowned internet personality and the founder of DNSPod, took to his WeChat Moments late at night, lambasting his former employer, Tencent Cloud's CDN division, for its persistent and unresolved issue with PCDN fraud. Simultaneously, he voiced his discontent over Tencent Cloud's move to suspend and terminate his prepaid server, CDN, COS, and SMS services—all due to a paltry outstanding balance of just 7 cents.
It's worth noting that DNSPod, the brainchild of Wu Hongsheng, was acquired by Tencent back in 2011. Following the acquisition, Wu joined Tencent but eventually departed to pursue his own entrepreneurial ventures, driven by concerns over DNSPod's autonomous operations. However, after his startup faltered, he made a comeback to Tencent to spearhead the revitalization of Discuz. At present, his precise professional standing remains ambiguous.
