The General Office of the People's Government of Yunnan Province has released an implementation plan, aiming to achieve significant empowerment effects from the Kunming International Communications Business Gateway by 2027, with a cross-border terrestrial cable transmission system capacity of 9 Tbps and a provincial computing power capacity of 20 Eflops. Meanwhile, indicators such as the output value of above-scale enterprises in the electronic information manufacturing industry (excluding silicon photovoltaic and new energy battery industries) are expected to maintain growth, driving the widespread application of artificial intelligence technologies. By 2030, the main projects of the digital information corridor will be largely completed, the supply capacity of 'Made in Yunnan' electronic information products will be enhanced, and the efficiency and economic benefits of digital technology services will be fully unlocked.
