He highlighted that computing capacity stands as a pivotal indicator of a nation's overall strength, necessitating meticulous coordination and systematic development, coupled with robust monitoring, scheduling, and security safeguards. Given China's abundant data assets and diverse application landscapes, concerted efforts are essential to propel the construction of computing infrastructure, thereby laying a robust groundwork for digital and intelligent transformation. Concurrently, it is crucial to harmonize energy resource distribution with computing infrastructure development, fostering a synergistic relationship between power supply and computing capacity, advancing energy-efficient technologies, and ensuring a stable and affordable domestic energy supply.
