The Promotion and Implementation Conference for the 'Administrative Measures for the Negative List for Data Exports in the China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone and Lingang Special Area, as Well as the National Comprehensive Pilot Area for the Expansion of Opening-up in the Service Sector (Shanghai) (Trial)' and Supporting Documents was held in Shanghai. Relevant officials from the Shanghai Municipal Cyberspace Administration introduced the content of the administrative measures and supporting documents, with the negative list focusing on four key areas: reinsurance, international shipping, commerce and trade, and meteorology. Meanwhile, 11 data cross-border service centers were officially established.
