On April 21, the General Office of the Shanghai Municipal People's Government unveiled the Implementation Plan for the National Digital Economy Innovation and Development Pilot Zone (Shanghai). This plan outlines strategies to foster the seamless interconnection of computing resources, bolster the core functionalities of the Shanghai computing power monitoring and scheduling platform, as well as the Yangtze River Delta (Shanghai) computing power interconnection platform. It also aims to delve into regional computing resource scheduling mechanisms, facilitating on-demand resource allocation. Concurrently, the plan emphasizes the need to upgrade and expand the intelligent computing infrastructure, along with the deployment of high-performance, locally-produced intelligent computing clusters.
