China Securities Regulatory Commission Initiates 2026 Annual Reporting for Information Technology System Service Providers

The China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) has officially released the "Notice on Conducting the 2026 Annual Reporting for Information Technology System Service Providers." In 2020, the CSRC commenced the registration process for information technology system service providers. By December 31, 2025, a total of 49 institutions had successfully completed their initial registrations and have been publicly listed. These institutions are mandated to log in to the "Annual Matters Reporting" section within the "Information Technology System Service Provider Registration Information Collection System" on the CSRC's government service platform before May 15, 2026, to submit their annual reporting materials.
