On April 9, Lenovo Group announced the completion of its acquisition of Infinidat, a global high-end enterprise storage solutions provider. The transaction, first disclosed in January 2025, took over a year to complete. Following the acquisition, Infinidat will be integrated into Lenovo's ISG (Infrastructure Solutions Group) segment, addressing a critical gap in ISG's high-end storage capabilities and enhancing Lenovo's overall storage business portfolio.
