Recently, the 2026 departmental budget of the National Data Administration, as published on its official website, reveals that the administration comprises one administrative unit, specifically the headquarters at the organ level. This headquarters is structured into six internal departments: the General Affairs Department, the Policy and Planning Department, the Data Resources Department, the Digital Economy Department, the Digital Technology and Infrastructure Construction Department, and notably, the newly established Department of International Data Governance Cooperation.
