The National Top-Level Domain Name Resolution Node (Xiong'an) has now officially been put into operation. Spearheaded by the China Internet Network Information Center and executed by China Mobile Xiong'an, this node stands as a pivotal component of the nation's new infrastructure outlined in the 14th Five-Year Plan. Its inception is set to significantly boost domain name resolution efficiency not only in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region but also across the entire country. It will take on the authoritative resolution responsibilities for national top-level domain names, thereby holding immense strategic significance. The node initiated its trial operations on December 5, 2025, recording an average daily visit volume surpassing 30 million. This has led to a notable reduction in resolution latency for mobile users in Hebei Province, while also expediting service response times. Seizing this golden opportunity, the Xiong'an New Area is poised to delve into the integration of domain name resolution technology with the digital economy, offering robust digital support for the coordinated development of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.
