On Tuesday, Amazon Web Services (AWS) made an announcement regarding the launch of an AI-powered software solution named DevOps Agent. This innovative tool is specifically crafted to assist customers in pinpointing faults with greater precision and expediting the recovery process. DevOps Agent operates by leveraging data inputs from third-party tools, including Datadog and Dynatrace, to accurately forecast the underlying causes of technical glitches. AWS disclosed that, starting Tuesday, customers have the opportunity to register for a preview version of the tool. Furthermore, Amazon has indicated that it will implement a charging mechanism for this service at a later date.
