At the 2025 China International Big Data Industry Expo, Liu Liehong, who serves as both the Secretary of the Party Leadership Group and the Director of the National Data Administration, presided over a symposium dedicated to private enterprises operating within the digital economy sphere. The event drew participation from prominent companies including Talkweb Information, Meiri Interactive, and Anheng Information.

During the symposium, Liu Liehong attentively listened to presentations detailing the current operational status of these enterprises, the hurdles they encounter, and their valuable suggestions and insights concerning the digital economy's development trajectory during the "15th Five-Year Plan" period.

Liu emphasized that private enterprises in the digital economy sector are endowed with robust innovation capabilities and vitality. He highlighted that the "15th Five-Year Plan" period stands as a pivotal juncture for propelling the digital economy towards high-quality growth. To this end, the National Data Administration is committed to deepening reforms aimed at market-oriented allocation of data elements. It will refine its policy toolkit to better support the sector, nurture innovative enterprises, back the formation of data industry clusters, and advance the development of high-quality datasets. Additionally, the administration will work to bolster the supply capacity of data resources and foster a societal consensus around the principle of "paying for premium data."
