The National Data Administration is set to introduce over a dozen industrial policies by 2025, encompassing data property rights, data-driven innovative enterprises, and digital industrial clusters. These initiatives are designed to foster the advancement and utilization of data resources, thereby propelling the high-quality development of the digital economy. Furthermore, the Administration is providing support to local governments in establishing comprehensive pilot zones focused on data elements. Currently, several regions have already enacted pertinent data regulations aimed at enhancing the growth environment for the data industry.
