This policy outlines plans to upgrade the provincial intelligent computing power scheduling platform and offers eligible enterprises, universities, and research institutions financial support of up to 20% of their total computing power expenses, based on actual usage. Additionally, the policy incentivizes the registration of general AI innovative products as provincial "Three Firsts" products, granting them preferential treatment in bidding processes and government procurements, thereby accelerating product research and development as well as demonstration applications.
