Nvidia and AMD have secured a deal with the Trump administration, agreeing to contribute 15% of the revenue generated from sales of their H20 and MI308 chips in the Chinese market to the US government. In return, they have been granted export licenses to China. Last week, both companies received the necessary export licenses from the US Department of Commerce. Nvidia affirmed its commitment to adhering to US government regulations while participating in global market competition. AMD, on the other hand, has yet to comment on the matter.
