Lutong Technology intends to deploy the excess funds of 530 million yuan to acquire a 51% equity stake in Jiangsu Damo Semiconductor Technology Co., Ltd. Specifically, 450 million yuan will be allocated towards purchasing a 46.9167% equity stake currently held by certain shareholders, while an additional 80 million yuan will be utilized to secure a 7.6923% equity stake through a capital increase. Upon completion of this transaction, Damo Semiconductor will become a subsidiary of Lutong Technology.
