Shanghai Xiba has announced its intention to advance its lithium sulfide business by partnering with GRINM New Material Co., Ltd. to establish a new joint venture subsidiary. The newly formed company will have a registered capital of 200 million yuan, with Shanghai Xiba contributing 165 million yuan in the form of cash and non-monetary assets, securing an 82.5% shareholding. GRINM, on the other hand, will contribute 35 million yuan in cash, acquiring a 17.5% stake. The business scope of this joint venture will encompass research and development of new material technologies, as well as the manufacturing of specialized electronic materials.
