Intel announced on Thursday that three key executives within its manufacturing division are set to retire. On Tuesday, Intel informed its employees that Mistry and Russell, both corporate vice presidents of the Technology Development Group, along with Gary Patton, corporate vice president of the Design Technology Platform Group and a former IBM executive, will be stepping down. According to industry insiders, Intel also intends to restructure the Technology Development Group, which is responsible for developing manufacturing processes.
