Specifically, the letter noted that several directors and supervisors failed to attend the shareholders' meeting as mandated, some independent directors neglected to submit their work reports, and there were errors in the annual report concerning the disclosure of the principal entity's name. Additionally, the company failed to adhere to the review procedures and information disclosure obligations for the expenditure of fund-raising projects, inaccurately disclosed account age, and committed other related issues. Unicorn Microelectronics emphasized that it takes this matter seriously, will undertake the necessary rectifications, and submit a comprehensive written report on the corrections. The company assured that this warning letter will not impede its regular production, operational, and management activities.
