During the first six months of the year, Shanghai's tertiary industry witnessed a robust 5.4% year-on-year increase in added value. Notably, the information transmission, software, and information technology service industry led the pack with a soaring growth rate of 14.6%. The financial sector, along with transportation, warehousing, and postal services, also experienced relatively swift expansion. Conversely, the leasing and business services sector recorded a more moderate pace of growth.
