As of July 24, the A-share private placement market has significantly heated up. During the year, 74 listed companies have successfully completed private placement projects, amassing a total fund-raising amount of 659 billion yuan, surpassing the figure from the same period last year by a wide margin. Notably, 38 of these companies raised over 1 billion yuan each, accounting for 51% of the total, while six companies surpassed the 10 billion yuan mark. Industries such as capital goods, technology hardware, automobiles, and banking have emerged as prominent hotspots for private placements.
