According to an institutional survey, Leon Microelectronics has disclosed that its heavily doped epitaxial wafers boast significant competitive strength and have shone as a star product. Since the start of the year, orders for 6-8 inch epitaxial wafers have remained consistently robust, maintaining high capacity utilization. Similarly, demand for 12-inch epitaxial wafers has been strong, with shipments experiencing notable increases both year-on-year and month-on-month. The company anticipates that total shipments of 12-inch silicon wafers will continue to escalate in the second half of the year.
