On July 22, China Fusion Energy Co., Ltd. (CFE) was officially established and listed in Shanghai. The plaque was jointly unveiled by Gong Zheng, Deputy Secretary of the Shanghai Municipal Party Committee and Mayor, and Shen Yanfeng, Secretary of the Party Leadership Group and Chairman of the China National Nuclear Corporation (CNNC). As a subsidiary directly under CNNC, CFE is committed to advancing the engineering and commercialization of fusion energy in China. The company will concentrate on holistic design, technology validation, digital R&D, and other related ventures, while also establishing a platform for technological research and development, as well as capital operations. During the founding conference, CFE signed cooperation agreements, capital increase agreements, and share expansion agreements with multiple Shanghai-based entities and shareholders.
