On July 23, 2025, the Shanghai Stock Exchange (SSE) and China Securities Index Co., Ltd. will jointly launch two indices: the SSE STAR Market Private Enterprise Index and the SSE STAR Market Private Enterprise 50 Strategy Index. The former index comprises securities of private enterprises listed on the STAR Market, offering a comprehensive reflection of their performance. The latter index, which selects 50 securities from the broader private enterprise index, focuses on private companies with significant R&D investment and robust profitability. This strategy index showcases the performance of representative private enterprises on the STAR Market and provides the market with diverse benchmarks and investment targets.
