Huada Jiutian has announced that the National Integrated Circuit Industry Investment Fund Co., Ltd. intends to reduce its shareholding by a maximum of 2.7147 million shares, representing 0.5% of the total share capital. This reduction will occur within three months from the fifteenth trading day following the announcement, through methods such as centralized bidding and block trading. Concurrently, Shanghai Jianyuan Equity Investment Fund Management Partnership (Limited Partnership) and its associated enterprises also plan to decrease their shareholdings by no more than 5.4294 million shares, which amounts to 1% of the total share capital. Both shareholders cite their own operational and management requirements, as well as capital needs, as the reasons behind these shareholding reductions.
