China legally approves export applications for controlled items that meet the stipulated conditions, and the US has likewise lifted pertinent restrictions on China earlier in July. More recently, the US has proactively signaled its intention to authorize the sale of NVIDIA H100 chips to China. China urges the US to abandon zero-sum mentality, further lift unreasonable economic and trade restrictions imposed on China, and emphasizes that mutually beneficial cooperation between China and the US represents the correct path forward.
