Starcore Semiconductor: Shareholders Intend to Decrease Stake by Up to 1.12%

On the evening of July 17, Starcore Semiconductor announced that shareholder Zhejiang Xingdeli Textile Co., Ltd. intends to reduce its stake by a maximum of 1% of the company's total share capital. Additionally, Deputy General Manager Dai Zhizhan and TANG YI (Tang Yi) plan to decrease their respective holdings by up to 0.08% and 0.04%. These reductions will be executed through centralized bidding and block trading. Currently, Zhejiang Xingdeli Textile holds 12.32% of the shares, while Dai Zhizhan and TANG YI hold 0.34% and 0.21%, respectively.
