On July 13, Reuters reported that NVIDIA executives have announced that their Chief Executive Officer, Huang Renxun, will conduct a media briefing in Beijing on July 16. Prior to this announcement, two US senators had penned a letter to Huang Renxun, urging him to refrain from engaging with companies suspected of undermining US chip export controls and entities that are subject to US export restrictions during his upcoming visit to China. Furthermore, according to the Financial Times, NVIDIA intends to unveil a new version of its AI chip specifically tailored for the Chinese market in September.
