This guidance outlines that eligible enterprises may opt to undergo a pre-review of their application documents prior to formally submitting an initial public offering (IPO) on the STAR Market. The primary scenarios where this pre-review applies encompass technology-driven enterprises engaged in research on pivotal core technologies or fulfilling other specified conditions. When such enterprises disclose business and technical information or listing plans prematurely, it can adversely affect their operations. Hence, pre-review can be requested if deemed necessary.
